The Elite Team consists of those swimmers between ages 11 - 14, who have achieved 600 point value for swims within USA Swimmings evaluation system. These swimmers will be proficient in stroke technique as evaluated by the coaching staff. They will also demonstrate complete workouts with their peers. Due to the intensity of the workouts, Elite swimmers, ages 11 must attend practice 5 times a week, 12 years old must attend 6 times a week and the 13&14 year olds must attend 8-9 times a week (Saturday’s being mandatory for all). |

Alice Ye finished 1st among the 11 year old girls with 3 gold medal swims in the 100 bk, 500 free and 200 IM and a bronze medal swim in the 100 fly- Congratulations on a successful meet
Anton Khyrstenko finished 3rd among the 13 year old boys with a gold medal swim in the 200 bk and a bronze medal swim in the 100 free- Great effort!!
Cara Treble finished 4th among the 13 year old girls with 2 silver medal swims in the 200 and 500 free, a bronze medal swim in the 100 free and a 4th place finish in the 50 free- Nice Job
Michael Gregorace finished 5th among the 11 year old boys with a silver medal swim in the 200 IM a bronze medal swim in the 100 fly and 2 5th place finishes in the 200 free and 100 breast - Awesome job Michael

CHAPPY'S BIG RACE was a BIG SUCCESS
Beth, Kimmy, Geoffrey, Michael, Anton, Veniamin, Zach, Timmy, Lauren, Cara, and Alice swam a total of 20 - 700 point swims!!!!
56 - 600 point swims were swum by CJ, Conor, Patricia, Kimmy, Geoffrey, Yuvaraj, Kathleen, Michael, Adam, Anton, Veniamin, Zachary, Kostya, Timmy, Sean, Lauren, Giorgia, Cara, Dranoel, Dylan and Alice.
Alice had the high point swim of the meet with her outstanding 808 point 200 fly -
