White and Blue Team |
| The White and the Blue Team are groups within our Age Group programs. The athletes within the White team consists of those 12 & under swimmers that can demonstrate proficiency in the 4 competitive swimming strokes and have achieved a 300 point value for swims credited by the USA Swimming evaluation system. The athletes on the Blue Team have achieved a 400 point value for swims credited by the USA Swimming evaluation system. They are capable of following a workout designed for this level. The White Team has practice 4 times a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The Blue Team has practice 5 times a week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. .Members of these two teams are encouraged to attend practice as often as possible, however, there is no attendance requirement. |

LIAC 12&U's win the Memorial Day Meet at Rutgers The 11-12 girls and boys each won their age group. The 10&U's took third overall. There were 41 events for these athletes to compete in and they took home 24 top 3 finishes. 7 Gold medals, 5 Silver medals and 12 Bronze medals. They swam to 5 new zone cuts making the total so far 35 for the 12&U team. Congratulations Giorgia Piantanida on making your first zone cut in the 10&U 200 IM. Our other athletes adding to their events from last week are Stefanie Lehner 11-12 200IM and 400 free, Olivia Cohen 10&U 200IM and Hajin Choi 11-12 400 freee. Great Job Congratulations to our Gold Medal winners - Gabbie Toback (11-12 50 & 100 back, 50 fly and 100 free) Stefanie Lehner (11-12 100 fly and 200IM) and Olivia Cohen (10&U 100 fly - from the outside lane!!!!) Congratulations to our Silver Medal winners - Gabbie Toback (11-12 200 free), Eric Wang (11-12 200 IM), Dlyan VanManen (100 and 200 free), and Olivia Cohen (10&U 200 IM) Congratulations to our Bronze Medal winners - Katrina Bamba (11-12 100 back), Zoe Gregorace (11-12 50 and 100 breast), Nick Mu (11-12 100 back and 200 IM), Hajin Choi (11-12 200 and 400 free), M.
