United Way supports local community not-for profit organizations. Many corporations across the country participate in the United Way Campaign. Their campaign drives are ongoing.

How do I give the United Way?

It is simple.

Visit the United Way website at www.unitedway.com, you will be asked to select a charity from the drop down list, or you have the option to enter your own.

1. Select “I want my pledge to be directed through Donor Choice to a specific United Way or agency.”
2. Select New York for the state, enter ORG CODE: 069273
3. Type in Long Island Swimming, LTD, Merrick, NY

If you are using a form, enter in the information above in the space provided to specify where you would like your donation to go.

This is a wonderful opportunity to help raise funds for Long Island Swimming. Ask your co-workers for their support, by selecting Long Island Swimming as their organization of choice. Many corporations will match their employee donations.
