	OPEN TO:	-All LIAC competitive & pre-competitive swimmers -All Non-LIAC swimmers
	PROGRAM STRUCTURE:	Lessons are for 30 or 60 minutes Competitive Coach: $45.00 for 30 minutes - $80.00 for 60 minutes Pre Competitive Coach: $50.00 for 30 minutes. Lessons paid for and booked in packages of five 1/2 hour lessons will be $200.00. An individual lesson may be converted into a package of 5 lessons for a fee of $150.00 bringing the total paid to $200.00. This may happen once a year.
	Scheduling:	All lesson registrations are made through the private lesson coordinator at the LIAC office. Please call 516.378.8467 -All lessons must be booked a minimum of 3 days in advance. -Payment must be made in advance through the mail to Long Island Swim School,750F Stewart Ave, Garden City, NY 11530 -Specific coaches may be requested -There will be no refunds for missed or cancelled classes, unless cancelled by LIAC. -Please call 516.378.8467 for more information -For Lessons that need to be Cancelled-More than 48 Hours in advanced, please call the office (fee waived) 48 Hours or Less in Advance, Please call the office You are responsible for being on time for your lesson.
