Tryout Procedures
What happens the day of the tryout?

All tryouts are now being scheduled by appointment and will be held at Eisenhower Park. Please arrive about 5 minutes early to your scheduled time. There will be a small form to fill out prior to the tryout.

The tryout will last approximately 10 minutes, but can be shorter or slightly longer.

All swimmers will be evaluated by the coaching staff in the four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). At the completion of the try-out, parents and swimmers will be advised about which program and group will best suit their child's ability level.

What do I need to bring?
Swimmers need to bring their suits, goggles and have a towel to dry off with. If they are used to wearing a bathing cap, please bring it with you.

Parents may want to bring a check with them, especially those trying out for the stroke clinic. The stroke clinic fills up extremely quickly and children are excepted on a first come first serve basis.
