Stroke Clinic Mini meet - Saturday Nov. 20, 2010 11:30-1:30pm |
Try outs for our winter 2011 session will be held Thursday Nov. 18, 2010 from 4-5:50pm. Applications for this session will be handed out to current members in their classes the week of Nov. 8th. Current members have till Nov. 18, 2010 to request their class prior to the program being open to everyone. All spots are filled on a first come first server basis |
Equipment. All swimmers participating in the Stroke Clinic Session need to purchase the following equipment: kick board and swim fins (not scuba fins). You can order these at Hobie Swim (516)-771-9124. |
