AG1 Newsletter 10/11
Nice racing last weekend. Thousands of best times and two LIAC records! Ryan Yao took the opportunity to improve his own 200 Free Team record and set a new LIAC record in the 500 Freestyle. Way to GO, Ryan!
AG1 boys took a leadership-winning Intrasquad Time Trial in September, scoring 46103 IMX points. Girls' total score came to 43016 IMX points. I can’t wait to see the official AGUA results to find out who won the girls vs boys battle this time.
Congratulations to Evangelos Diamantis for winning fifth place in the 300 meters and second place in the 1000 meters open water swims in Greece last weekend! What a fantastic experience!

Thank you to those athletes and parents who sent me the goal cards. I am still missing a few. Please remind your swimmers to complete their goal cards and send them to me asap.
We still await the new 2022- 2023 time standards for Championship meets. I will send them out to you as soon as they are available.
I hope you all have a lovely rest of the week.
