We will release the holiday break schedule once we have it finalized! Practice schedule here: https://www.longislandswimming.com/practices.html Note the various changes throughout early December with coaches/teams traveling to different meets. The Practice "GRIND" We have entered the middle, the "grind", portion of our short course season. One last conditioning push before our December travel meets, followed by a few months of real challenging practices as we look farther ahead to our championship meets. Embrace the grind, and GET COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE! These cold, winter tough days of training are where the future time drops happen and where season goals are achieved! That is all I have for now, looking forward to another great weekend of racing. Thank you for all your support! SWIM FAST!!! SWIM LIAC!!!
