Hi Everyone,
Congratulations to all AG1 athletes and their parents for the amazing short course season! We appreciate every parent's effort that you have put into our success. Thanks for putting a lot of extra time and dedication towards the sport. A Big Thanks to all for everything you do! We finished our short course season with fantastic results: multiple Metropolitan and LIAC records, thousands of personal best times, 47 Junior Olympic, and 39 NCSA qualifiers! This is the highest number of qualifiers in our coaching history. Gabby and I are very proud of all our swimmers and their achievements. Way to go, AG1! As we are moving into the long course season, we ask all parents and swimmers to go over the training equipment to ensure athletes have everything in their mash bag. AG1 practice schedule for the rest of this week is as follows: Thursday 3/31: 3:45 – 5:30 pm Group-A; 5:30 – 7:15 pm Group-B Friday 4/1: 4:15 – 4:45 pm Dryland (upper patio); 5:00 – 7:00 pm NCAC Saturday 4/2: OFF Sunday 4/3: 6:30 – 8:30 am (all athletes should be at the pool 15 before the practice) We are finishing working on the summer meet schedule. It should be ready to go out in the next few days. That is all for now. Have a wonderful rest of the week. Best, Gabi & Gabby
