I hope your weekend was nice and relaxing. We have a few changes to the AG1 practice schedule. First of all, there will be no dryland this week. Our swim practice will get shorter as we get closer to the Age Group Champs. The meet looks competitive across all age groups, and I look forward to seeing the swimmers race and having lots of fun! Detailed information about the meet can be found on our website: https://www.longislandswimming.com/hosted-meets.html. Some relays will be at the beginning, and some will be at the end of the session on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We will inform the swimmers of their relay assignments on the day of the race. All athletes should be prepared to swim in relays! All athletes are to remain at their session until their age group's completion or will be released by Gabby B and myself. Swimmers are to arrive, remain on the deck during the competition and leave in LIAC attire only. Wear a Red LIAC t-shirt on Friday, White on Saturday, and Blue on Sunday. Don’t forget to pack healthy snacks, lots of Gatorade, and water! I am looking forward to another great and fast meet! SWIM FAST! SWIM LIAC! Gabi Sofia |
