Hi Everyone,
I hope you enjoyed watching your athletes racing last weekend. Dom and I were pleased to watch many great things we have been working on with your swimmers lately. Well done, AG1! Congrats to Reid O'Connell for setting two new METRO Records in 200 Free and 200 IM, also taking down another team record in the 100 Freestyle! Ryan Baldwin nailed it in the 100 Fly event setting a new LIAC 100 Fly record! Way To Go, Boys! 1. Reminder AG1 has no practice tonight. I highly recommend doing cardio exercises or choosing one of the workouts posted on our website https://www.longislandswimming.com/dryland-workouts.html. 2. Practice Schedule Our practice schedule remains the same for the rest of the week. 3. Results Attached to this email, you will find Chappy's results. 4. Virginia meet entries I am attaching the entry file for the meet in Virginia the weekend of November 5-7th. 5. November 7th Time Trial at Freedom pool Whose athletes who are not travelling to Virginia will be swimming at the time trial next Sunday, 11/7. Entries are attached to this email. Please let me know if your athlete cannot attend the time trial to update the entries. I think that is all for now. Have a lovely week.
