I will send them out to you as soon as they are available. I hope you all have a lovely rest of the week. Thank you, Gabi Sofia Happy Hump Day!
Gabby, Natalie, and I are excited about the meet in the city this weekend. Our athletes are ready to go fast and have fun! We were informed that AGUA limited 500 Free entries to the Top 8 in each age group. Those swimmers who were cut (see attachment below) from this event were removed from the 500 free and entered into another event. Please check the final AG1 AGUA entry report attached to this email. We will send you the meet logistics shortly. The practice schedule is regular for the rest of this week. We have an altered schedule on Monday, 10/10. AG1 group will have dryland from 2:00 to 2:30 pm and swimming from 2:45 to 4:45 pm that day. Yesterday, I emailed you the goal card for your athletes. We went over it at the practice last night. I would like to receive completed goal cards via email by Saturday, 10/8. 2023 NCSA Age Group and Junior Olympic Time Standards are not yet released. But I attached the 2022 Time Standards, so your swimmers can think about their goals for this season. I will post NEW-2023 Time Standards as soon as they are available. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Have a great day, Gabby, Natalie & Gabi |
