Blue Team Weekly Update

Wednesday 3/25

3/25/2020

Hi Friends!  It's Wednesday and that means we are half way through the week!  I hope your school work is going well and that you are enjoying some relaxing time with your family.

Coach Dave shared this with us today so I thought it would pass it on to you.  Working hard to be successful is something you will need to do in every aspect of your life.  School, sports, music, art, and someday in your profession.  What you learn about hard work in the pool, and the success that comes from that effort is something you can take into many aspects of your life.  And, while the end result is important in motivating you, that should never be only reason you put in the work.   The journey and effort you put in to get there can be a reward in itself.    Even though you are still so young, hopefully this is a lesson you can take away from swimming - and from this experience in particular!

Looking forward to some hard work at dryland later! Crazy hair day (and I hear crazy leg day)- here we come!
Alexis
