Long Island Aquatic Club Explore Group

In the Explore Group, athletes will explore the possibilities of how fun racing, setting goals, and achieving success can be in the sport of swimming. The group will explore techniques, fundamentals, and racing strategies on their way to a successful season. Athletes in the Explore Group will focus on racing at Silvers Championship and aspiring to qualify for Junior Mets and travel meets.

Weekly Practice Schedule:

Monday: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM @Nassau County Community College
Wednesday: Swim 4:15 PM - 5:45 PM ; Dryland 5:45 - 6:15 PM @Aquatic Center 
Thursday: Dryland 6:15 PM ; Swim 6:45 PM - 8:15 PM @Aquatic Center
Sunday: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM @ Freedom Pool
