Hi all -
I hope everyone made it home safely from New Haven and had a great weekend. Small and hot pool, but the kids really take advantage of the opportunity to race at this meet. We saw a lot of great things out of the kids, especially their recent commitment to dolphin kicking and streamlining off of walls. These are important details that will benefit us heading into championship season.
The next month at the Aquatic Center there are various large competitions, Senior Mets, multiple different college championships, NYS High School Champs, JOs, CYO Champs etc. Our schedule will vary a bit with the goal of minimizing disruptions or changes.

Attached to this email please find a preliminary entry for Silvers Championship the weekend of 2/28-3/1. The meet is at Ward Melville High School out east. For many athletes, this will be their short course season culminating competition. As a championship meet, athletes are entered in every day they are qualified to compete.
The meet allows athletes to compete in 5 events per day. I have entered all athletes in all events they are qualified for except I have only entered athletes in their 4 most competitive events each day if they have 5 qualifying events within a session. 5 events in a session becomes a significant amount of up and down with tired athletes by their 5th event. If you would like to discuss this, please email me. We are sending our final entry on 2/12. Please let me know if you have any issues by 2/12 at 10:00 am.
I have attached the meet notice with session information. Please review so you know which session your athlete is competing in.
That is all I have for this week, have a great week!
