LIAC LB Red TEAM
To Provide an Environment where Champions are Inevitable

Red Group is comprised of swimmers ages 9 & under.  The goal is to learn to complete all 4 strokes legally.  Swimmers will begin to compete at a basic level.  Practices are geared mostly towards technique at this level. There is no mandatory attendance requirement for this group.

Since the beginning of our Short Course Season, the Group has focused on dives, technique. They worked on the ready go position and fast kick. Their hard work with technique and drills was evident throughout the season but above of all at the MLK meet!
​8&under athletes rocked the early morning session swimming fast with a big smile on their face.
Let's go back to work now and tried to improve our start and turns!

What an incredible weekend for Red Group at the YMIDDIES Meet! Tons of personal best times and so many great swims and races by all throughout the entire weekend. I am really proud of all the athletes!

Smiling and happy face, lots of cheering and great race!  Time to go back in the water to get ready to the Champs season ahead of us! 

8 & Under Champs

Our little fishes ROCKED all the way at the 8& Under Champs! They cheered LOUD all weekend making the event more memorable and fun than ever! They swam FAST and collect tons of personal best Times. Way to GOOOOO!!!

Minions VS Smurf

We kicked off our Long Course Season with a funny and competitive mini meet: MINIONS VS SMURF! White and Red Group athletes swam fast and collect so many personal best! Turns and starts were great as well our underwater. 
The meet run smoothly thanks to all Blue group athletes as well our amazing Senior that helped timing and line up our young stars!
After the meet, we had breakfast on the board walk followed by a great beach time which included different activities!
Now it is time to get back to the pool getting ready for the next meet!
Super Speed Sunday
​ WOW! Our first Long Course Meet was definitely a great success. In these past few weeks, all athletes worked so much to perfect their backstroke finish, their butterfly arms recover over the water, their two hands touch, their continuous kicking and their line in breaststroke and they nailed it! What a better way to start our Long Course Season. Congratulations to all! ​
