Want to join the team and start your year round swimming journey?  

Tryouts are for swimmers who can already complete one lap of each of the 4 competitive strokes.  If you're not there yet, no problem - and no need to tryout.   Sign up for a few lessons at Long Island Swim School to prepare yourself instead!

2025 - 2026 Season Tryouts

Tentative tryout dates and times are listed below.  Programs will be filled on a first come first serve basis.  All swimmers must have an appointment to tryout.  

Tryouts listed in BLACK are being conducted at the FREEDOM POOL.  Tryouts listed in YELLOW are being conducted at our SYOSSET location.  Tryouts listed in BLUE are being conducted at our GARDEN CITY location. Tryouts listed in RED are being conducted at the Long Beach Recreation Center.
