What an amazing weekend of swimming!!!!! Lots of best times !!!! Athletes were on fire !!!!!

At this time of the season, it is essential for athletes to take vitamins, eat nutritious food and have a minimum of 8 hours of sleep to boost their performance in the pool. Eating a wide variety of foods, including whole grains, vegetables, fruit, dairy foods, alternatives, lean protein sources, and healthy fats, will help athletes to ensure that vitamin and mineral needs are met.
