8:15am-9:45am at LISS Syosset (170 Michael Drive, Syosset) FOR GROUPS: Red Syosset, Junior 3&4 Syosset *Junior A, Elite, & National can attend either sizing before/after Cantiague practice At the team sizing swimmers will be able to try on items, place orders, and purchase practice equipment. Payment is due at the time of ordering (Cash or Check preferred). Orders must be placed at this time to be expected for October meets. Any apparel worn on deck must be LIAC team apparel. *Technical Kneeskins and Jammers should not be worn at ALL meets. When not wearing a technical racing suit, all swimmers must be in a LIAC team suit. For this season we have added a print suit and solid endurance suit for those in Senior, Senior Elite, Elite, Select, and National to use for this purpose. 1) Go to the LIAC teamunify website - https://www.teamunify.com/Home.jsp?team=mrliac 2) Click on Sign In 2) Click on My Account 3) Put a cell number in each SMS box and your carrier in the pick carrier box, hit save 4) Then click VERIFY just above the SMS box. 4) When you receive the text, enter the code and you are done. 5) Please add any and all cell numbers you want to receive texts from LIAC. This is the best and only way to get the important information from us at the exact minute the message is posted. As of 9/15 this form of communication will begin being used.
