LIAC Wins Senior Metropolitan Winter Championships by over 300 points!

The LIAC women convincing lead the way, winning the women team title by over 500 points.

16-year-old Kristen Romano was named the women’s individual high point award winner.

New Cuts:

New Olympic Trial cuts were achieved by Kristen Romano in the 200m Backstroke (2:16.27) and 200m Individual Medley (2:18.40).

15-year-old CJ Arena made his first USA Junior National cut in the 1500m Freestyle 

(15:58.91).

13-year-old Elite Team member Chloe Stepanek qualified for the NCSA Junior National championships in the 200y Freestyle (1:52.84). 

15-year-old Annabelle Corcoran made her first NCSA Junior National cut in the 800m Freestyle (9:07.51) and the 1500m Freestyle (17:27.28).

New Team Records Set Include:

Chloe Stepanek – 13-14 Year Old Girls 50y Freestyle, 24.32.

Kristen Romano – 15-16 & OPEN 200y Backstroke 1:57.98, 15-16 100m Backstroke, 1:03.42, 15-16 200m Backstroke, 2:16.27
