 We're excited to announce that LIAC begins practices in Manhattan this November!
Our New York City practices will be held at the Vanderbilt YMCA (222 East 47th Street) on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Young swimmers age 10 and under who are able to swim 25 yards each in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke, as well as demonstrate the butterfly, are invited to train with LIAC NYC. Swimmers will work with our experienced coaches to improve form, endurance, and competitive mindset, with the goal of swimming with the LIAC team at local, regional, and national meets.
