 14 year old Tess Howley’s 200 fly time of 2:14.23 Gained The Grain with her first 2020 Olympic Trial cut. This swim breaks the 13-14 LIAC team and Metro records. Howley’s time also bumps her up to #30 on the girls 13-14 all-time USSA Swimming rankings in the 200 fly. Congrats Tess!!
