AG1 Newsletter 2/8

Hi Parents,
I hope you and your families stay safe and healthy.

It is the time of the year when the preparation for the championship meets begins. All athletes are expected to be at the practice as much as possible, working on the little details of their future races.  

I know there is a school break the week of February 21 – 27th. Gabby and I are looking to see all swimmers at the practice that week. We will be doing extra work on the starts, breakouts, turns and finishes.

The WAC "Everyone is Invited" is the last chance for our athletes to make the cut times for the championship meets. Lets get them excited to “GO FAST” this weekend!

Tues/ Wed:  -  NORMAL
Thursday : AG1/ A – 3:45 – 5:15 pm
                     AG1/B – 5:15 – 6:45 pm

Friday:  6:00 – 7:00 AM - all athletes who don’t compete at WAC on Friday night
Sat/ Sun: NO PRACTICE
