I hope you and your family had an enjoyable holiday season filled with joy and laughter. AG1 swimmers demonstrated fantastic team effort crushing the challenging sets last week. TEAMWORK IS KEY TO SUCCESS! AG1 practice schedule for this week: Tuesday, 1/03: Group A 4:00 - 6:00 pm; Group B 6:00 - 7:30 pm Wednesday, 1/04: Dryland 5:45 - 6:15 pm; Swim 6:30 - 8:30 pm; Thursday, 1/05: Group B 3:45 - 5:45 pm; Group A 5:45 - 7:15 pm Friday, 1/06: 5:45 - 7:15 am Saturday, 1/07 - OFF Sunday, 1/08: 7:00 - 9:00 am (athletes should be at the pool by 6:45 am) I've attached the updated AG1 entries for AGUA MLK, Scarlet and WAC meets. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. I have noticed many AG1 athletes are missing the required equipment for our training. Please check your athlete’s mash bag to see if they have: a snorkel, paddles, pull buoy, ankle strap, short & long fins, and drag suit. I highly recommend writing your child’s name on it. Our lost and found box gets loaded with the equipment we find after practice. Unfortunately, we don’t know who it belongs to. That is all at this time. Have a lovely week. Sincerely, Gabi Sofia |
