AG1 athletes had a great training week, challenging themselves in the tough swim sets. I was happily watching excellent teamwork!

Mon. 5/8: Dryland 5:45 - 6:15 pm, Swim 6:30 - 8:30 pm - OPEN DOOR PRACTICE
Parents are welcome to watch our swim practice.
Tue. 5/9: 4:00 - 6:15 pm
Wed. 5/10: Dryland 5:30 - 6:00 pm, Swim 6:15 - 8:15 pm
Thurs. 5/11: Group B 3:45 - 5:45 pm, Group A 5:45 - 7:15 pm
Fri. 5/12: 5:45 - 7:15 am
Sat & Sun: SPRING KICKOFF MEET

400 Free Open event will be at the end of Saturday’s morning session. I will let 10 & Under swimmers doing this event know when they have to arrive at the pool for the warm-up.
Our team attire for this weekend is a RED LIAC t-shirt on Saturday and BLUE on Sunday. All AG1 athletes will be wearing swim practice suits for this meet.
