AG1 Newsletter - 6/19

Hi Everyone,

AG1 athletes had an amazing weekend at Eastern Zone Open Water Championships! Ten swimmers raced in the 14 & Under 1-mile race and performed fantastically. A special Shout Out to Lauren Canty, winning her first Open Water race! Hats off to Leah O'Connell, coming in third, Mila Fisher 7th, Charlotte Kohner 8th, Kasey Anderson 9th, Ginny Kutner 10th, and Mae Straesser 11th! The AG1 boys: Evangelos Diamantis, Michael Meehan, Ryan Yao, and Nicholas DeAngelis, did an excellent job finishing in 11th, 17th, 21st, and 22nd places. Congratulations to ALL!

We are officially starting our summer schedule. The AG1 practice this week is as follows:
Monday: 4:30 - 6:30 pm (Aquatic Center)  Dryland 3:45-4:15 pm 
Tuesday: 6:00 - 8:00 pm (Aquatic Center); 
Wednesday: 4:00 - 6:00 pm (Freedom Pool)
Thursday: 4:30 - 6:30 pm (Aquatic Center)  Dryland 3:45-4:15 pm 
Friday: 5:45-7:15 am (Freedom Pool)
Sunday: Summer Fun Meet
I attached the final AG1 Summer Fun entry report. Please let me know if you have any last-minute changes. I will send you additional information with the check-in/warm/start times in the next few days.
